Shipping Delivery

Thank you for choosing Babysafetycarriers.com as your place to purchase baby carriers. In order to ensure that your shopping experience is pleasant and smooth, we have formulated the following shipping policy:

Order processing

Once you have completed your shopping cart checkout and successfully paid, we will process your order as soon as possible. Normally, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Our service hours are Monday-Friday/9:00 AM-5:00 PM (CST).
Orders placed after 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00 pm on Friday will be processed after 9:00 am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.

Shipping express

We use UPS Express as our primary shipping partner to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely.

Freight

Shipping fee per order is $6. However, we offer free shipping when your order amount exceeds $100.

We do not charge additional shipping tax.

Transportation time

Our express delivery is from 6914 Daneman Dr, Memphis, Tennessee, 38133. Shipping time is 2-4 business days. Depending on the distance of the area, the shipping time will vary.

Delivery time

My delivery time is 3-6 business days. If your baby carrier is not received within 6 business days, you can contact customer service Caterrios Wise by sending an email to [email protected] and we will arrange a refund for you or Redeliver.

Cancel order

If you need to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, you can easily do so on our website. You can find the order details for which you have completed payment in your account, select the order that needs to be canceled and click the “Cancel Order” button.

For cancellation requests after 30 minutes, you need to contact customer service Caterrios Wise by sending an email to [email protected] for processing. Please provide your order number so we can assist you in canceling your order more quickly.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Sale tax

Sale tax is borne by the customer.

Express packaging

We use custom cartons for packaging to reduce damage during shipping, and in addition to the baby carriers, there is a return label and instructions for use in the package.

Tip: When returning items, you need to return the original packaging and return label, so please do not throw away the original packaging within the return validity period.
