Return validity period

You can apply for return within 7 natural days after receiving the product.

Return conditions

To comply with the return policy, please make sure:

  • The baby carrier is not damaged and the accessories are complete.
  • Keep the original packaging and all accompanying labels and instructions for use.
  • Returned products should match the invoice or order information provided at the time of purchase.

Return process

1. Within the return validity period, please contact customer service Caterrios Wise by sending an email to [email protected] and provide the order number and reason for the return. We will process it for you within 1-2 business days. Please wait patiently for our reply.

2. After successfully applying for return, please use the original packaging to properly package the returned product and send it back together with the completed return label (the return label is in the original packaging).

3. After shipment, email the order number and courier information to [email protected].

4. When we sign for receipt, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds do not include the $6 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.

Return shipping

If you choose to return the product due to quality or transportation issues, we will bear the return shipping costs.

If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Exchange conditions

  • Baby carrier purchased at babysafetycarriers.com.
  • The return validity period has not expired.
  • Exchange of the same product.

Exchange process

2. After successfully applying for exchange, please use the original packaging to properly package the returned product and send it back together with the return label (the return label is in the original packaging).

4. After we sign for receipt, the new baby carrier will be mailed out within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 3-6 business days.

Exchange freight

If you choose to exchange the product due to quality or transportation problems, we will bear the return shipping fee for the original product and the shipping fee for the new product.

If the product is exchanged due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return freight of the original product and the delivery freight of the new product.

Relisting fee

You don’t have to pay to republish your product.

About refunds

The refund will be credited to your payment account within 1-2 business days. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.

Refund for canceled orders: Includes $6 shipping fee on customer’s first payment.
Refunds for Returns: Excludes shipping charges for the original order and shipping costs for your return.
