Payment Method

Payment process

Step 1: Add product to cart

Browse our product pages, select the baby carrier you need and add it to your cart.

Step 2: Enter the checkout page

Click the shopping cart icon or enter the checkout page to confirm the order content and quantity. Go over it to make sure your order is accurate.

Step 3: Select PayPal payment

On the checkout page, when selecting a payment method, select the “PayPal” option. You will be redirected to the PayPal payment page.

Step 4: Log in to your PayPal account

Enter your PayPal username and password to log in.

Step 5: Confirm payment

On the PayPal page you will see the order details and total amount. Once you’ve made sure everything is correct, click the “Confirm Payment” button.

Step 6: Complete payment

Once the PayPal payment is completed, you will be redirected back to our website and receive confirmation that the payment was successful. At the same time, you will also receive an order confirmation email containing the order number and transaction details.

What should I do if I can’t pay?

If you encounter any problems during the payment process, or are unable to complete the payment successfully, please follow the steps below:

  • Check that your payment information is correct, including credit card information or PayPal account information.
  • Make sure your payment method has sufficient funds to cover the order amount.
  • Try paying with another payment method.
  • If the problem persists, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with support and solutions as soon as possible.

How to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, you can easily do so on our website. You can find the order details for which you have completed payment in your account, select the order that needs to be canceled and click the “Cancel Order” button.

For cancellation requests after 30 minutes, you need to contact customer service Caterrios Wise by sending an email to [email protected] for processing. Please provide your order number so we can assist you in canceling your order more quickly.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

How long is the return validity period?

The return period is 7 natural days from the date you receive the product.

How long does it take for the refund to arrive?

The refund will be credited to your payment account within 1-2 business days. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.

Refunds for canceled orders: A full refund, including the $6 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment.
Refund for returns: A partial refund, excluding the $6 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment.
